Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Interior Design Project Manager to spearhead our high-end projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.Main Responsibilities:Design Expertise: Utilize 2D/3D drawings from various disciplines to identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks, ensuring seamless project execution.Schedule Management: Validate & review work orders, BOQs, drawings etc., and prepare comprehensive project schedules that highlight inter-dependencies of various tasks.Audit and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality standards are met, providing technical inputs and instructions to the Site supervisor as needed.Project Progress Tracking: Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with all stakeholders to maintain transparency.Performance Analysis: Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and devise corrective solutions to drive continuous improvement.Key Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.Why Join Us?
