Oracle Business Intelligence Developer

Job Title: Oracle Business Intelligence DeveloperRole OverviewWe seek an experienced Oracle BI Publisher Developer to support a strategic migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle BI Publisher and related technologies, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, Excel, PDF templates).Migrate existing reports from Createforms to Oracle BI Publisher.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.Optimize data models and XML data sources for performance and accuracy.Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and formatting.Support version upgrades and performance tuning.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–6 years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher development.Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and RTF templates.Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, or PeopleSoft reporting.Familiarity with OTBI, OAC, or OBIEE is a plus.Understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, or SCM.Key Features:Possibility to work on a strategic migration initiative.Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher.Opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders.
