Innovatily is looking to hire a Technical Lead specializing in Data Applications and Python technology. Your role will be pivotal in implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for data-centric applications.


Responsibilities :-


  • Technology Expert who p ossess strong expertise in data-related technologies, including data modelling, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Expertise in Python and Python libraries especially Pandas is a must. Expertise in ETL is a must.
  • Lead in the development of data-centric applications, utilizing Python technology.
  • Ability to provide guidance to development teams regarding architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and technologies.
  • Analyze system performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify areas for improvement in terms of scalability, efficiency, and response times.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience of minimum 5 years as Technical Lead.
  • In-depth knowledge of data-related technologies, including databases, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in ETL is a must.
  • Proficiency in Python and Python Libraries especially Pandas.
  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and coding best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data-related services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Knowledge of air flows is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
