OverviewThe Senior Project Manager position is a vital role in leading the delivery of technical and operational projects from initiation through execution. This senior leader serves as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery for technical and operational projects.Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Monitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed to drive resolution.Create and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate progress, risk, and impact.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and adoption of best practices that enhance SDLC efficiency.Contribute to the development of PM standards, tools, and processes.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with clients and presenting to executive leadership.Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks early, and drive solutions proactively.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and project reporting frameworks.Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.Candidates must be flexible and work during US hours at least till 5 pm EST, which is essential for this role & must also have their own system/work setup for remote work.
