Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Firmware Engineer – NAND Flash Storage Products, located in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include firmware development for NAND flash storage products, interfacing with electrical engineering teams, and software development for customized hardware solutions.
Location: Bangalore
🕒 Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C programming with data structures, search & sort algorithms.
- Experience in firmware development on multi-core platforms.
- Strong debugging skills using Logic Analyser, Protocol Analyser, Simulators, Emulators, etc.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex firmware and hardware issues.
- Ability to study and understand hardware specifications.
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, and strong contributor in day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Proven firmware design & development experience for NAND Flash storage products (SATA / PCIe / NVMe platforms).
- Hands-on experience in Flash Translation Layer (FTL) and/or Flash Management modules of SSD firmware.
