Sr. Oracle EPM StrategistThis role encompasses more than just configuration – it involves collaborating with business and finance leaders to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Leverage Oracle EPM expertise to lead implementation and transformation programs end-to-end.Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize FP&A and performance management frameworks.Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence through best-in-class practices.Translate complex business needs into impactful EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals.Provide strategic leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases.Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards.Desired Profile:Total 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant functional experience.5+ years of strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles.Proven track record of advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.Experience with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) is preferred.Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
