HSO International specializes in global implementations, while HSO Global Managed Services focuses on proactive support and maintenance for internationally operating businesses.Role Title: M365/Modern Workplace DeveloperLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole Responsibilities:Identity and Access Management:Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM to ensure secure identity and access protocols.Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Development:Deploy and manage O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and communication.SharePoint Development – Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including site templates, workflows, and web parts.Migration Development:Lead OneDrive Migration and Migration Development, including on-premise to online transitions using industry-standard tools.Endpoint Management and Security:Utilize Intune Modern Device Management, AutoPilot, BitLocker, and Windows Virtual Desktop to optimize device security and compliance.Implement Co-Management solutions and enhance security using Defender for Endpoint.Solution Development & Integration:Develop Integration Apps and execute on-premise and online migrations, ensuring seamless data exchange across platforms.Use Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code to automate processes and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions.Technical Expertise and Support:Provide mentorship and technical guidance to teams and stakeholders, ensuring the effective use of Modern Workplace technologies.RequirementsQualifications and Skills:Expertise in SharePoint Development, including workflows, SPFx, portal development, and search customizations.Experience in OneDrive Migration and Migration Development (on-premise to cloud).Strong understanding of Integration Apps and executing on-premise and online migrations using any tool.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Stream, Yammer, Forms, and Dynamics 365.Solid understanding of authentication, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365.Experience with Intune, AutoPilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, and Defender for Endpoint.Hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code.Good to have: Experience with Logic Apps and related Azure automation tools.Ability to analyse business processes, document workflows, and write functional and technical specifications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on Microsoft 365 technologies, focusing on SharePoint Development, Migrations, and Integration.
