Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and compliance.This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining fiscal discipline, and supporting the overall success of construction projects.Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.C coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A CA/CPA certification with 8-10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality of deliverables.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision making.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on new challenges.
