We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Strategist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead finance transformation initiatives and drive business performance through Oracle-enabled insights.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EPM (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations and transformation programs. They will partner with senior stakeholders to design and optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks.Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and transformation programs.Collaborate with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to create effective FP&A frameworks.Drive excellence in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.Translate complex business needs into high-impact Oracle solutions.Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases.This role requires strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles. The successful candidate will have proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must have:A minimum of 8+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM/PBCS/EPBCS.5+ years of strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles.Proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
