Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive at SoukMedia LLC in New Delhi. The Client Services Executive will manage business relationships, ensure client satisfaction, analyze customer needs, and drive revenue growth by proposing and upselling new solutions. Day-to-day tasks may include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to enhance customer experience. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns, track and analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to clients.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track campaign performance
  • Business Relationship Management and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing or the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
