About the Role:
Job Title: AI/ML/DS Test Engineer
Location : Hyderabad TG, Chennai TN, Bengaluru KA, Pune MH, Vadodara GJ (hybrid work)
Work hours : 2-11 pm

Description:
As an AI Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI models. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the performance, accuracy, and fairness of our AI-powered systems.

Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Design
Test Execution
Model Validation
Bias and Fairness Assessment
Performance and Robustness Testing
Defect Tracking and Reporting

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software testing, preferably focusing on AI/ML models.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTest, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of data quality and validation techniques.

Highlights:
Python: Data Frame Processing, Function Defining, Libraries, NLP concepts
AI/ML: Evaluation matrix/parameters, F1 Score, accuracy, precision, recall, R2 Score, MSE, etc., Silhouette Score, etc.
Testing: Unit case Testing, Design and Evaluation, Static code analysis, Bias and fairness
Models: Classification Model, Regression Model, Clustering Model
