Job Title: Finance AssociateJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage key financial processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and audit-related documentation.Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable, including preparing customer invoices, tracking incoming payments, and following up on outstanding dues. Process vendor invoices, verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents, and maintain accurate vendor records. Support in preparation and filing of GST returns, assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing, and maintain updated records of statutory compliances. Record daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports as required, and support month-end and year-end closure activities. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification like Semi qualified CA/CMA 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working with SAAS Company. VBA Macros is a plus. Knowledge of Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
