Project Manager Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects in the telecommunications sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Developing project plans and coordinating tasks to meet project objectivesMonitoring project progress and communicating project status to stakeholdersManaging and resolving issues that arise during the projectEnsuring projects are completed on time and within budgetLeading and overseeing strategic telecommunications projects and their implementationProviding mentorship, guidance, and leadership to team membersEnsuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in telecommunication installations, maintenance, and upgradesAddressing and resolving complex and critical issues in telecommunication systemsRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of accumulated experience or equivalentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and project team membersStrong communication skills and ability to work with Field Technicians / Troubleshooting IssuesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaboration with strong cross-functional teamsEnsuring to meet targets and monitoring progress of hardware installation, end-to-end media clearance, commissioning, and integration of sitesExperience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systemsAdvanced knowledge of telecommunication technologies, protocols, and equipmentProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical conceptsDemonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategicallyExceptional critical thinking skills to address intricate challengesAbout Us:We are an equal opportunity employer.
