Job Opportunity:As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' Azure infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the system's performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Some of your key tasks will include:Monitoring the customer's Azure infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Handling incidents and tickets in a timely and efficient manner, including break-fix requests, change requests, and other types of support cases.Participating in regular calls with customers to discuss their needs and provide support as required.Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals and objectives.Working rotational shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 coverage.To be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.Strong academic records, with at least 60% in 10th and 12th grades and 65% or higher CGPA in B.E/B.
