### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Manager - .NET Development** to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET technologies, hands-on experience with software development, and a strong background in managing software development teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise applications and ensuring the team's success in delivering high-quality software solutions.


### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Lead and manage** a team of .NET developers to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.

- **Oversee the development** of web applications, APIs, and other software components using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC).

- **Collaborate** with cross-functional teams (QA, Product Management, UI/UX) to define requirements and ensure timely execution.

- **Mentor and guide** team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- **Ensure adherence** to coding standards, architectural best practices, and security protocols.

- **Implement and monitor** project management practices like Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- **Conduct code reviews** and provide constructive feedback to improve overall software quality.

- **Plan resource allocation** and provide accurate estimations for project timelines and deliverables.

- **Track and manage** project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to any issues that arise.

- **Stay updated** with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.

### **Qualifications & Skills**

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- **8+ years of experience** in .NET development, with a focus on ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, and MVC.

- **Proven leadership experience** managing a development team or acting in a senior developer/lead role.

- **Strong understanding** of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

- **Experience with cloud services** such as Azure or AWS.

- **Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines**, Git, and other version control systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.

- **Strong understanding of Agile methodologies** and experience leading Scrum teams.
