Job Description:


As a Video Editor, you will be the driving force behind creating compelling long-form and short-form content for AgriTalk, India’s exquisite podcast channel, and for our company’s social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to edit long-format podcasts and talking head style videos for our YouTube channel AgriTalk which has over 120,000 subscribers and is fast growing. You will also be responsible for building and leading future video editing teams


Key Responsibilities:


1) Editing Long Form Podcasts & Talking Head Style Videos

Create and edit raw podcast video files into engaging podcast edits with teasers. Convert Raw Files of talking head videos into highly engaging edits


4) Performance Review & Tracker

Closely Review the performance of all video content on different platforms and analyze data to improve content performance


5) Team Management

Lead & Manage Future Editing Teams.


6) Create Brand Guidelines

Create and stick to brand guidelines for videos for different platforms.



Eligibility


  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with video editing
  • Should Be Proficient in Video Editing Softwares Like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve & Adobe After Effects
  • Should be able to learn and Implement AI tools in editing such as AutoPod, Dubverse etc.
  • Should understand How content works on different platforms and be driven by content performance.
  • Must be a team player and open to feedback.
  • Must Be Willing to Work On Site in Bangalore. ( Editors from Bangalore will be preferred )
  • Must have basic understanding of using multi-cam editing, colour grading, audio editing and sound design.
