Senior C++ Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior C++ Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Linux system programming and networking protocols. You will be responsible for critical infrastructure projects, including CVE remediation, component upgrades, and web server maintenance. Experience with NI hardware (cRIO) is a distinct advantage.Key Responsibilities:- System Development: Design, code, and maintain high-performance C++ applications on Linux platforms.- Security & Compliance: Lead efforts in Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) remediation and system hardening to ensure software security.- Infrastructure Upgrades: Manage component upgrades, library updates, and web server maintenance to ensure system stability and modernity.- Networking: Implement and troubleshoot complex networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, Sockets) within the application layer.- Legacy Maintenance: Analyze and refactor legacy code bases to improve efficiency and maintainability.Required Qualifications:- Education: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA.- Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.- Technical Expertise:- Expert-level proficiency in C++ programming.- Deep understanding of Linux Operating Systems (User space & Kernel space).- Strong knowledge of Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, Socket Programming).- Problem Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills for resolving complex system issues.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):- Familiarity with cRIO (CompactRIO) systems or similar embedded hardware.- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
