Job Brief:The primary objective of this role is to lead clients through the implementation process of our practice management software.Establish relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Develop project plans and manage the implementation lifecycle.Ensure client satisfaction by managing timelines, outcomes, and expectations effectively.Facilitate clear communication with clients to define in-scope and out-of-scope tasks.Maintain a focus on meeting project objectives while adhering to timelines.Effectively coordinate team meetings and direct solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project delivery.Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during the implementation phase.Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and additional scope to both the client and internal management.Manage issue escalations and offer direction as necessary.Communicate recommendations effectively to management for informed decision-making.Foster collaboration among teams and clients to establish and improve best practices.Required Skills – Client-facing experience, Excellent Communication Skills, Medical billing (claims processing) expertise.
