Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistOverviewWe are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Senior FP&A Specialist. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth through accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Main Responsibilities:Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications.Prepare detailed financial reports and graphical dashboards to support leadership insights and decisions.Collaborate with regional stakeholders to analyze key changes and required adjustments.Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan.Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior management.Provide accurate financial forecasts based on business trends and accounting principles.Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.RequirementsA minimum of 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions.Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, dashboards, automation).Ability to create and present comprehensive financial reports and charts.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
