This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance our field service operations.Experience: 5 to 9 yrsRequired Skills:- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.- Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific business needs.- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows. Configure field service features such as work orders, scheduling, and resource management.- Expertise in customizing, configuring, and developing using Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies: Plugins, Workflows,C#, ASP. NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.- Experience with integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerApps, and WebAPI.- Strong data migration skills using tools like SSIS, PowerQuery, and KingsWaySoft.- Proficiency with Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Automate, and Portals.- Knowledge of PowerApps governance and DLP policies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
