Job OverviewThe E-Commerce Automotive Spare Parts Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and providing member support across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.Conduct product sales and process returns and related requests.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated experience in customer service, automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge. They should also be proficient in English, have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
