Duration: PermanentLocation: BangaloreTimings: Full Time (As per company timings)Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)Experience: 6-9 YearsRole and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.Continuously evaluate and adopt new features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.Mandatory Experience and SkillsHands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft Office 365 integration with a strong focus on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365-based integrated apps build.Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.Experience managing Power Platform - admin activities such as environment creation, management, apps movement from one environment to another, license credit assignments, tracking and reporting of platform usage, DLP, etc.Experience participating in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Apps/automate best practices, security, and scalability.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.Ability to design, code, and deploy applications independently. Good to HaveExperience using Power Apps AI services in Power Apps-based applications. Experience using Power Automation for low-code RPA use cases.Prior experience with some programming languages, such as NET/ C# /Java/Python, will be advantageous.
