Position:  Senior HR Manager Experience:  8+ Years Location:  Remote Work Days:  Monday to Friday Timings:  9:00 AM – 5:30 PMAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager  to lead and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and execution, with the ability to build efficient processes, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support a growing team. This role is fully remote and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating across departments.Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Process BuildingDesign, implement, and optimize HR processes, policies, and SOPs.Develop streamlined workflows to support employee lifecycle management.Introduce and maintain systems that enhance HR efficiency and compliance. 2. HRMS ManagementLead the functioning of HRMS system.Ensure smooth integration of employee data.Oversee system usage, training, and continuous improvements. 3. Payroll ManagementManage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement and compliance.Handle statutory deductions, leave reconciliations, and payroll data audits. 4. Recruitment & HiringDrive hiring strategies to fulfill staffing needs across departments.Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and build strong pipelines. 5. Employee Engagement & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR concerns.Foster a positive and supportive remote work environment.Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.Requirements Minimum 8 years of HR experience  with exposure to both operations and strategic HR.
