Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking an accomplished procurement specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and vendor management, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the development or NGO sector.Main Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various services, including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term relationships.Manage all program-related procurement needs, including IEC materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training.Ensure transparent documentation of purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to organisational guidelines.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing is preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills are essential.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is required.
