Senior SAP Ariba Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver strategic sourcing solutions using SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and IT to design, implement, and optimize Ariba sourcing processes aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing modules from end-to-end.Analyze current procurement processes and define business requirements for sourcing transformation initiatives.Configure and integrate Ariba Sourcing, Guided Sourcing, and Ariba Procurement modules with SAP ECC/S4HANA.Work on template management, event configuration, and workflow setup within Guided Sourcing.Collaborate with functional and technical teams for Ariba-to-ERP integration using Cloud Integration Gateway.Conduct requirement gathering workshops, create functional design documents (FDDs), and support UAT.Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to end-users.Stay updated with SAP Ariba releases, Guided Sourcing updates, and recommend best practices for adoption.Support continuous improvement and optimization of Ariba sourcing processes.At least 8 years of SAP Ariba implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Guided Sourcing.Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and Procurement modules.Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using CIG.Solid understanding of Sourcing event management, RFx processes, auction setup, and supplier collaboration.Excellent knowledge of Ariba configuration, workflow management, and approval processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process designs.SAP Ariba certification (Guided Sourcing / Sourcing / Procurement).Experience with Ariba APIs and custom enhancements.Knowledge of Ariba Spend Analysis, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, or Contracts.Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
