About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with expertise in Graphic Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences across web and mobile platforms, and creating visually appealing graphics for branding and marketing needs.Design user-friendly and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UI/UX.Develop brand identity elements and ensure consistency across digital platforms.Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations.Work on illustrations, icons, banners, posters, and other creative visual assets.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.Good understanding of UI/UX principles, human-centered design, and responsive design.Ability to create clean and modern interface designs.Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.Graphic design expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding.Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work (mandatory).Nice to HaveExperience working with product-based or software companies.Motion graphics / video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on innovative products.Creative freedom and collaborative work environment.Professional growth and skill development.
