We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Architect specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) to join our dynamic team focused on the Beckn protocol. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all layers of software architecture, from infrastructure to application development, and will play a critical role in shaping our products.Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Design and implement the architecture of software products across all technical layers, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational requirements.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee infrastructure components, including hosting and storage solutions, while ensuring network efficiency for distributed systems.
Middleware Integration: Manage middleware technologies, including databases and message-oriented middleware, to enhance application performance and reliability.
Continuous Integration and Delivery: Implement and promote CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows and improve software delivery speed.
Decision-Making Facilitation: Co-animate the decision-making process for architectural choices, guiding the team from identification to resolution and ensuring clear communication.
Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documents that effectively communicate the design and rationale behind architectural decisions.
New Studies Proposal: Identify and propose new studies to address unique needs that standard solutions cannot fulfill, integrating these studies into the architecture runway and product backlog.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure cohesive product development.
Architecture Ceremonies: Organize and lead architecture ceremonies, such as design workshops and architecture review meetings, to foster collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on fullstack solutions using the MERN stack.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Docker.
Strong experience with back-end technologies such as MongoDB, MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with RESTful architecture and API design.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
