We have multiple positions open in Business Excellence / Process Excellence Team.


Domain: US HC, Insurance – General Insurance, Insurance Claims Processing (Automotive or otherwise), Banking & Finance, Finance & Accounting.


Shifts: 3 PM onwards


  • DGM - Payer Transactional Quality - BLR. Experience in Process Re-engineering, continuous improvement, process improvement, business excellence, quality assurance.
  • GM - Contact Centre Transactional Quality - BLR. Experience in Process Re-engineering, process improvement, business excellence, quality assurance.
  • Sr. Manager - Continuous Improvement + Automation + Transactional Quality + US Healthcare + Black Belt certified
  • AGM - Provider - HYD. Continuous Improvement + Automation + Transactional Quality. Experience in Process Re-engineering, process improvement, business excellence, quality assurance, Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt Certified.
  • Manager - BE - Business Excellence + Process Improvement + Continuous Improvement + Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certified.
