Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for:Developing and implementing thorough category strategies for professional services including Management Consulting, Global Employee Benefits and Contingent WorkforceManaging the entire strategic sourcing lifecycle from demand aggregation, market research, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, selection, and contract awardContract Management & Risk MitigationProcess Improvement & SystemsCollaborating closely with internal business partners (Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT) to understand their needs, define requirements, and ensure alignment between procurement strategies and business objectivesWhat We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a significant portion focused on indirect servicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Proven expertise in sourcing and managing complex service categories such as Professional Services, Employee Benefits, HR Services, and/or Management ConsultingMaster's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CIPS)
