Embedded NVM Technologies SpecialistAs a key member of our innovative team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge Embedded Non-Volatile Memory (eNVM) technologies. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize eNVM features on 28-110nm platform technologies.Key responsibilities include:Working closely with IP providers to implement eNVM features and ensuring seamless integration.Designing and laying out test chips to aid in device/technology optimization, reliability assessment, and SPICE model extraction.End-to-end project management from initial justification to final qualification and yield ramp, focusing on achieving desired performance, quality/yield, schedule, and cost targets.Building and leading a diverse, global team to drive innovation and excellence.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers based on trust in our technical capabilities.Conducting competitor benchmarking and owning the technology roadmap.Presenting to internal and customer senior executives.Possibly involved in One-Time Programmable (OTP) development.Traveling occasionally for collaboration and knowledge sharing.To succeed in this role, you must possess:A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or an equivalent field.Strong understanding of CMOS and eNVM device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques, and physical/electrical methods.Deep knowledge of key eNVM technologies, including charge trap, floating gate, RRAM, MRAM, and others.Understanding of technology parameters and figures of merit, such as bit cell size, macro size, endurance, retention, power, latency, mask count, and more.Proven track record in delivering eNVM technologies into high-volume manufacturing.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timelines and cost targets.Capacity to work across different cultures and geographies.Excellent teamwork and innovation skills.At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven history of successfully developing new technologies into high-volume production.Exceptional problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools.Join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of eNVM technologies
