Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on BRM Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives within Oracle BRM environmentsThe ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BSS/BRM systems, data conversion strategies, and performance-optimized migration executionThis is a critical role requiring strong technical acumen, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaborationKey Responsibilities:Lead and execute BRM data migration projects with full ownership of planning, execution, and validationWork extensively with BRM 12 schema and CMT-based migration toolsAnalyze legacy data models and map them effectively to BRM structuresDesign and implement data conversion strategies, including handling encrypted dataPerform data loading and integration with Northbound/Southbound systemsDevelop and maintain migration strategy documents, implementation plans, and cutover runbooksConduct post-migration analysis (events, invoices, open items, bills, dunning)Create reconciliation scripts and perform dry runs/parallel bill runsOptimize migration performance to minimize system downtimeGenerate detailed migration reports and SQL-based analyticsMandatory Skills:Proven experience in BRM-CMT data migration and Oracle BRM development (not just support)Strong SQL, PL/SQL, PCM Java, and scripting (Perl/Python) capabilitiesProficiency in Oracle 12c/19c, Java, C/C++, and BRM WebservicesHands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environmentsFamiliarity with migration tools like CMT and related utilitiesAbility to execute data integrity testing and validationsWillingness to travel for critical project phases or client workshopsDesirable Skills:Telecom domain knowledgeespecially in Prepaid/Postpaid billing for Broadband, Voice, SMS, and Data servicesExperience deploying BRM on-premise and/or cloud infrastructureStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and iterative delivery modelsAbility to lead client workshops and articulate Oracle product capabilitiesUnderstanding of BSS/OSS architecture and billing lifecycleLocation - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune,Remote
