Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the PositionThis role focuses on crafting cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement advanced machine learning solutions.Collaborate with data experts to understand project goals and define success metrics.Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for efficient operations.Stay updated on AI advancements and propose their integration for business value.Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.Maintain adherence to data security and privacy guidelines.Required Skills:Detailed understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and system software fundamentals.Experience with NLP models (BERT and GPT) and awareness of trade-offs across memory, bandwidth, and compute resources.Proficiency in Vector databases like Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or similar technologies.Familiarity with Large language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, and others.Experience designing, building, and optimizing agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.Background in implementing Generative AI solutions for various business applications.Knowledge of LLM integration frameworks like Llamaindex and Ragas.Hands-on experience with ML Model development from definition to deployment.Proficiency in Python development and standard tools in a Linux environment.Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, and Spark.Working knowledge of ANNs, CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.Experience training, tuning, and deploying ML models for Computer Vision and/or Recommendation Systems.Deployment expertise on distributed systems.Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.Prior research experience with publication records.Cloud computing platform experience.Information security best practices knowledge.
