The Senior Frappe Developer and Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring and customizing Frappe applications, analyzing and improving system functionalities, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and providing technical support and guidance. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior developers, conducting system tests, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.QualificationsProficiency in Frappe Framework and ERPNext developmentStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in business analysis and requirements gatheringAbility to mentor and guide junior developersGood communication and collaboration skillsExperience with SQL, JavaScript, Python, and web developmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in ERP implementations and understanding of business processes is a plus
