Architectural Technician

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 20 years of experience to take a leadership role in the design and development of high-profile commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, complex projects, leading design teams, and engaging with clients to create visionary architectural solutions. You will be responsible for guiding all phases of project delivery—from concept design to construction administration—ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.Responsibilities:Create and Develop Architectural Schematic, Detailed Design and Construction Packages from concept Design Stage · Develop project plans, schedules, and resourcing.Produce detailed drawings, plans and specification using various software such as CAD and RevitEnsuring compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning lawsMonitor project progress and performance throughout the project working, ensuing planned / actual hours are controlled. · Identify and mitigate project risks and issue in timely mannerAct as the primary point of contact for client and other stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly.
