About Our Senior Graphic Designer RoleThis is a senior-level position that involves designing high-quality visual assets that align with our brand strategy.The successful candidate will collaborate with our marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver engaging creative content that enhances our brand presence and drives business growth.Brand Leadership: This role requires owning and evolving our visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and product assets.Creative Design: The ideal candidate will develop compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, social media creatives, website visuals, videos, and marketing collateral.Social Media Focus: Designing top-notch graphic content for different social media channels (graphics and videos) is a key responsibility.Concept Development: Analyzing design briefs, outlining requirements, and presenting ideas/drafts to the team are essential skills.Consistency: Ensuring all graphic elements are aligned in style, colors, and messaging is critical.Testing: Testing graphic and video content across multiple devices and platforms is necessary.QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (B2B and SaaS experience preferred).Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and video content is required.Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with the ability to create unique, impactful content are essential.Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects is necessary.Video Editing: Excellent video creation/editing skills with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro are required.
