Techmantu Consulting is looking for talented Graphic Designers to join our Creative team to contribute to the design, development, and execution of our digital media and branding solutions.

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Techmantu, you will contribute to the creative design and production of assets supporting both our digital marketing and skilling initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Skilling, you will develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines, client objectives, and skilling program goals. This role combines creativity, collaboration, and technical expertise to produce high-quality materials for diverse audiences, including learners, industry partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution for Marketing and Skilling

- Design, develop, and execute digital assets for marketing campaigns and skilling content, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Adapt design processes to meet the specific needs of marketing clients and skilling program participants.
- Develop brand-aligned visual materials for social media, websites, course content, and promotional videos.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

- Work with marketing managers to create engaging visuals that drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Partner with the Skilling team to create educational assets, such as infographics, course illustrations, and multimedia training resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain design quality and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Project and Resource Management

- Manage design roadmaps and content calendars for both marketing and skilling initiatives.
- Conduct brand and design trend analysis to inform creative direction for marketing campaigns and skilling materials.
- Maintain organized design resources and tools, optimizing workflows for collaborative use across teams.

Technical Skills

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing design requirements and experience creating visual aids for skilling content.
- Familiarity with web design and development coordination for multimedia and e-learning platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field, with 4+ years in creative roles, ideally across marketing and educational content design.
- Demonstrated experience in producing diverse digital assets, showcasing creativity and adaptability.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle concurrent projects across marketing and skilling teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Skilling stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire and guide junior team members within the Creative team, promoting best practices in design.

Work Environment and Growth

Based in our Bangalore office, you will participate in a 5-week Techmantu Boot Camp designed to build essential skills for marketing and skilling content creation, working under the mentorship of a Creative Manager.
