Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the onshore team to develop a new delivery/resourcing structure in the UKSuccessfully implement new processes and deliver growth with the onshore delivery teamDrive performance to achieve individual targetsEnsure the team prioritizes their daily and weekly tasksMaintaining individual goals effectivelyMonitor and analyze recruitment and sales goals/KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with onshore managers and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve outcomesSupport management in driving key initiatives and projectsQualifications: Current Role: Recruitment Consultant (minimum level) or aboveExperience: At least 1 year in the current role in US Healthcare Recruitment Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targetsStakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with onshore leaders, teams, and clientsCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skillsAt ICG Medical, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
