School Outreach CoordinatorOur organization is seeking an experienced and organized School Outreach Coordinator to lead our Robotics program in local schools within their city. As a coordinator, you will play a vital role in spearheading the introduction of our Robotics and STEM learning initiatives to students, teachers, and parents.You will be responsible for actively reaching out to schools to introduce our Robotics program and maintain ongoing relationships between our organization and school management.Organize and coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents, ensuring seamless execution and high standards in representing our brand.Facilitate the setup of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools, providing support and guidance as needed.Track engagement and provide regular feedback to our organization on school progress, challenges, and success stories.Participate in training sessions and maintain high standards in representing our brand.Report schedules, participation, and impact data for continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Education, STEM, or related fields.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Passion for STEM/Robotics education; willingness to learn and adapt.Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple schools or events.Prior teaching or coordination experience is an advantage.Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in local outreach.Language proficiency relevant to the city/schools assigned.
