Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with strong expertise in Metabase and a solid background in data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards, optimizing reporting systems, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Location - Kochi/RemoteResponsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Metabase for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.Build and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.Analyze campaign and platform performance data to identify trends, user behavior insights, and optimization opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into analytical reports and KPIs.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reporting platforms.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.Strong hands-on experience with Metabase (mandatory).Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.Proven experience working with Meta platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, or Meta Analytics).Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Proven ability to analyze and visualize marketing and social media performance metrics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
