In return — apart from salary — you’ll get enormous growth, ridiculous learning, and a thick skin for the bumpy but legendary ride aheadWhat You’ll DoBuild, Scale and Manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions that power our credit-on-UPI stackIdentify, pitch, and onboard new banking partners for credit, payments, and co-branded initiativesNegotiate commercials, SLAs, and partnership terms that create mutual valueWork cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, legal, and finance to make partnerships move fastManage relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks — product heads to CXOsDrive joint GTM initiatives, growth targets, and transaction volumesStay plugged into RBI, NPCI, and digital credit developments — always one step aheadOwn documentation, reporting, and communication with partnersAnticipate issues, solve fast, and keep momentum highWhat You Bring5–10 years in bank partnerships, business alliances, or fintech partnershipsDeep understanding of UPI, cards, credit, co-branded credit cards and digital payments ecosystemExperience in closing and scaling partnerships with Large Banks & NBFCsNegotiation ninja with relationship and stakeholder magicStartup DNA — bias for action, no drama, just delivery
