Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our fund operations in GIFT City. This dual-role position involves regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI and full-spectrum finance & accounts management.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as designated Compliance Officer in line with IFSCA guidelines.Establish and implement the Fund's Compliance and Risk Management Framework.Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees.Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, facilitating corporate tax filings (GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS) with 3 years post-qualification experience in compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator.Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.Knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ compliances and Indian tax laws is preferred.About UsThis is a great opportunity for a professional with excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
