As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer/ Architect to lead the design and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategies.About the RoleAs a DevOps Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for architecting robust cloud infrastructure, driving DevOps automation strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, security, and product, to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that power our AI platforms.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS for AI-driven applications and data platformsLead the end-to-end DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and incident responseDefine and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDKGuide containerization and orchestration efforts (EKS, ECS, Docker) for microservices and model deploymentCollaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment design with business goals and SLAsSet up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.Implement security best practices, governance policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., IAM, encryption, auditing)Optimize AWS costs, recommend reserved instances or savings plans, and monitor usageLead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentationQualifications7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Site Reliability Engineering3+ years of proven experience in designing and deploying AWS solutions at scaleExpertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Code Pipeline, etc.)Strong command over Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormationDeep knowledge of networking, security, VPCs, IAM, load balancing, and monitoring in AWSHands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools (EKS, Kubernetes, ECS)Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell)AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Solutions Architect – Professional)Experience with Agile/DevOps culture and working in fast-paced product environmentsPreferred SkillsExperience in AI/ML platform architecture, MLOps, or data pipelinesFamiliarity with multi-cloud environments or hybrid infrastructureExposure to compliance and security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAAExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
