We are seeking an exceptional systems architect to lead the design and implementation of our AI agent orchestration platform.This is a high-scale, distributed systems role that requires deep expertise in system design, architecture, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.As a champion of our platform's next evolution, you will be responsible for:Architecting and optimizing a high-scale agentic orchestration runtimeDesigning and implementing ultra-low-latency, high-throughput backend systemsWorking with Python and Golang to build core orchestration, scheduling, and messaging layersOwning performance engineering: profiling, caching, concurrency, queuing, and cold-start optimizationPartnering with our AI team to bring agentic workflows to lifeLeading engineering decisions around Kubernetes, multi-tenant SaaS, observability, and cloud infrastructureYou will work directly with founders and senior architects to shape the core platform and make technical decisions.We are looking for someone with 7–12 years of experience building high-scale distributed systems or real-time platforms.The ideal candidate has hands-on mastery of Golang and Python, strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, and experience building backend systems that handle large volumes of events, messages, or workflows.Strong ability to take an ambiguous product architecture and make it clean, reliable, and elegant is a must.You will have huge ownership on architecture and technical decisions, meaningful equity, and competitive pay.This is an opportunity to define a new enterprise category: Agentic AI Infrastructure.
