Position Review.

We are seeking a Scrum Manager to join our team at LOTUS. Our platform simplifies the conversion of fiat currency directly from bank accounts into cryptocurrency wallets, making digital assets more accessible. In addition to our on/off ramp service, we are developing an advanced decentralized exchange (DEX) with cutting-edge account and chain abstraction. The Scrum Manager will play a key role in driving our agile processes and ensuring smooth delivery across teams.


Responsibility

  • Guiding the team in self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Enabling the team to be more cross-functional.
  • Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, Guiding the team in estimation and getting clarifications from PO, working with PO on a regular basis.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Scrum Training Sessions for the unit/groups.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant Scrum master experience in IT projects.
  • Ability to communicate with remote teams in an effective manner


Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Business Management, or related field.
  • Ability to drive & and lead project teams for their technology deliverables.
  • Recent experience in development projects (preferably Data and analytics) with QA/UAT cycles and see-through production deployments.
  • Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate with business leads as needed.
  • Good Reporting and presentation skills.
