Job Description: Mathematics Faculty (IIT-JEE & Foundation)Location: RajkotPosition: Full-Time FacultySubject: MathematicsExperience:- 2+ years teaching experience preferred- 1 year minimum for IIT/NIT graduates- Salary: 40K/MonthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Mathematics Faculty to teach students of IIT/JEE (11th & 12th) and Foundation (6th to 10th). The candidate must have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students toward top academic performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFor IIT/JEE (11th & 12th):- Deliver in-depth and concept-driven teaching for JEE Main & JEE Advanced-level Mathematics.- Prepare lesson plans, DPPs, assignments, and competitive exam-oriented study material.- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance.- Analyze student performance through tests and offer improvement strategies.- Train students in speed, accuracy, and problem-solving techniques.For Foundation (6th to 10th):- Teach Maths concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.- Strengthen students' basics and prepare them for future competitive exams.- Create worksheets, practice modules, and activity-based learning resources.- Encourage logical thinking and mathematical curiosity.Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.- Graduates from IIT/NIT will be given preference.- Strong conceptual command and clarity in Mathematics.Skills Required- Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.- Strong communication and student engagement skills.- Ability to handle both foundational and advanced curriculum efficiently.- Familiarity with offline and online teaching methods.- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
