Job Description:As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for driving next-generation patient treatment with autonomy and ownership. You will work independently with minimal supervision, embedded within our team, to support our clients' innovation.This role reports to the Director of Biostatistics and Programming in our FSP Services business unit. As a highly experienced senior statistical programmer, you will work on clinical development programs across various therapeutic areas and oversee CRO programmers for high-quality data summaries.Responsibilities include:Generating Specifications and DatasetsDeveloping SAS programs for dataset generation, complex listings, tables, and graphsDelivering high-quality statistical programming results, including developing, validating, and maintaining SAS and/or R programsParticipating in overseeing CRO's statistical programming deliverablesSupporting Clinical Study ReportsUnderstanding and following FDA regulations affecting clinical trial data reportingContributing to the creation, maintenance, documentation, and validation of standards for programming tools, outputs, and macrosRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in biotech/pharma clinical development biometricsExceptional SAS programming skills and expertise in CDISC standards, medical terminology, and FDA/ICH regulationBenefits:You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Others:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about statistical programming and wants to make a difference in the field of biopharmaceutical research.
