SoC/ASIC Design Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to drive the development of complex SoC/ASIC designs. This key position will oversee DFT architecture, planning, and implementation, ensuring world-class testability and manufacturability of silicon products.Key Responsibilities:DFT Strategy and Architecture: Define and drive DFT strategy and architecture for multiple ASIC/SoC projects.DFT Feature Implementation: Implement and verify DFT features like scan insertion and compression (e.g., EDT), ATPG pattern generation and fault grading, MBIST and Logic BIST insertion and validation, boundary scan (IEEE 1149.1/1149.6), IJTAG (1687).DFT Flow Management: Manage end-to-end DFT flow from RTL to gate-level netlist and silicon bring-up.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams for seamless integration.Pattern Generation and Debug: Perform pattern generation, fault simulation, and debug test coverage gaps.DFT Signoff and Timing Closure: Own DFT signoff, timing closure (DFT-related paths), and ATE pattern delivery.Silicon Bring-up and Test Vector Validation: Support silicon bring-up, test vector validation on ATE, and yield optimization.Mentorship and Training: Mentor and guide junior engineers; conduct design reviews and training sessions.DFT Automation Scripts and Infrastructure: Develop and maintain DFT automation scripts and infrastructure.
