UI/UX Developer Job DescriptionAs a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user interface (UI) for products in accordance with industry standards and best practices.You will work closely together with our team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality UI solutions. This role involves collaborating with business process subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, confirm, and document business requirements.Participate in workshops and interviews with SMEs to gather and document business requirements.Define, design, and develop wireframing and UI for clients applications and in-house products.Collaborate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products ensuring high quality of website responsiveness.Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements.Candidates must have experience building responsive web/App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.A minimum of 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns is necessary.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principles.Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.BenefitsCompetitive base salary and bonus determined by level and experience.Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays.Desired Characteristics in CandidatesWe are looking for candidates with effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills are essential for this role.High Emotional Intelligence (EI).Embracing challenges.Team-oriented rather than an individual contributor.
