Financial Institutions Credit Portfolio Manager

Job DescriptionAs a seasoned credit professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 35-40 financial institution clients across Asia Pacific. Your key objectives will include:Conducting thorough due diligence on borrowers and industries to prepare comprehensive credit assessment reports.Managing the end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings in accordance with the bank's credit processes and procedures, collaborating closely with stakeholders.Monitoring portfolios, including covenant checks and preparation of periodic monitoring reports, as well as preparing sector reports and stress tests based on ongoing market developments.Additionally, you will support Relationship Managers and Credit Officers with ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or portfolio reviews, undertake and lead calls with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth portfolio management, and contribute to the preparation of presentations for management reporting and credit committee meetings.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:A strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis of financial institutions, including knowledge of key regulatory requirements.The ability to comprehend macroeconomic environments and their impact on borrowers and portfolios.Familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems.Excellent communication and report writing skills.Strong teamwork and attention to detail, along with a collaborative attitude and diligence.BenefitsThis role offers:Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.A chance to work with a diverse team of experienced professionals and contribute to the bank's success.A competitive salary and benefits package.OthersEqual Opportunity Employer: We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, physical appearance, religion, gender expression, gender identity, sex, age, ancestry, marital status, disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected status of an individual or that individual's associates or relatives.
