Senior Accountant with Spanish LanguageWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with expertise in financial accounting and proficiency in Spanish language to support the management of our portfolio of properties.Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheets, and VAT returns. They will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with company policies and procedures.Analyze financial results and variances, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Support the financial management of a portfolio of properties, including a new fund with four properties and a Spanish property.Work closely with local teams to ensure all financial and operational aspects are accurately reflected in the financial accounts.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.Intermediate Spanish proficiency (reading and writing) is essential.Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheets, and VAT returns.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
